I sometimes go to a vegan café ”Pure café ” in Aoyama. When I lived in San Francisco I found a lot of vegans, but here in Tokyo there are only a few. Today I had a meeting with photographer, Wakana-san there, and found this Tomato& Basil Pie. I ate it with a green salad for dinner tonight. Sounds so healthy.
