I edited this book:『Wagashi-Petite encyclopedie de gateaux et friandises traditionnels japonais』. It is about Wagashi- Japanese sweets. There are 64 sweets chosen by the author, Minori Kai in this book and the photography is so beautiful. I strongly recommend it.
