“MORO” is the name of a popular Spanish and Muslim Mediterranean restaurant in London. And they published 3 cookbooks. There are two of them and I saw this blue cookbook in San Francisco when I first moved there. My friend who is a gourmet and good cook had it in his kitchen for cooking. And then I saw it again in London and I bought it. Now I am in the Muslim Mediterranean mood actually.
