White Bear is in the well-known zoo, Maruyama Zoo in Sapporo, Hokkaido and has a lot of fans in Japan. Actually I visited there to see the white bear. He (or she?) was so sweet! It is a bag for instant miso ramen and many fans of white bear buy it like me.
