APOC in Aoyama, Tokyo is one of my favorite pancake restaurants. I visited this restaurant for a meeting with the owner-chef. She said they would have the 5th anniversary day that weekend and gave it for the memento. It’s homemade apple jam canned with a Thank You tag.
