I got it at an event talking about retro coffee shops and sweet shops. It was a giveaway from the organizers. This is a role of ribbon for wrapping cake boxes from ALPES, which is well-known cake shop and has gone. I sometimes visited this shop and bought their delicious sweets. I miss them very much.
