This Moroccan pepper is an original seasoning by Yoshiko Takahashi, who is a Japanese cooking specialist. She is very popular and writes a book about cooking. About two months ago, I visited her restaurant in Hokkaido and picked this one up. It tastes very complicated- it’s a good meaning-! It includes olive oil, dried grapes, anchovies, almond, salt, cumin, coriander, anise, paprika, red pepper and garlic.
