This is fresh fish we saw at the fish market in Hokkaido. We can choose some of them and put it on rice. We call it KATTE-DON because KATTE means as you like it and DON means rice bowl. I chose scallops, Channel Rockfish Atka Mackerel and Grape-Shrimp. Yummy!!!!
