This was the third mission for me in Atami. About 65 years ago, Kiunkaku was a Japanese-style hotel and had great writers as special guests, for example Osamu Dazai, Junichiro Tanizaki, Naoya Shiga and so on. We can see its beautiful structure now and feel an old-fashioned atmosphere. It is one of the popular sightseeing spots in Atami.
