Confectionery WEST is a well-known western sweets company in Tokyo. I think their sweets are all made very carefully. They are kind of art work! This mosaic cake is a limited edition for Tokyu department store in Shibuya. They sold just 20 mosaic cakes a day and it was for 5 days. I was lucky to get it.
