I visited the open house at the “Mitosaya Botanical Distillery” in Otaki, Chiba Prefecture. In the nature-filled grounds, there are a shop selling their distilled spirits and many stalls offering food items like jams and spices, beeswax candles and so on. I enjoyed exploring all the shops with the pink map handed out at the entrance. ［Japanese］千葉県・大多喜にある「mitosaya薬草園蒸留所」の一般公開日に出かけました。緑あふれる自然豊かな敷地内には、彼らが作る蒸留酒の販売店のほか、ジャムやスパイスなどのフード、器やみつろうキャンドルのショップなどが出店、どの店もこだわりがあってユニークです。エントランスで配布された薄ピンク色のマップを手に、店巡りを存分に楽しみました。
